I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Knoxville, especially the comfy bed and amazing service from the staff. However, the bathroom was pretty cramped, and the executive lounge didn't meet my expectations. Despite these drawbacks, I'd consider returning for the central location and convenient amenities.

Rooms
8.0
I had a king room on the Executive Floor, and while it was nice, the bathroom was on the smaller side. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thick covers, which made for a great night's sleep.
Service
9.0
The check-in process was quick, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially Manager Jake who helped with our luggage. Room service was also prompt and correct.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is a big win—it's near Market Square and the convention center, making it easy to get around town and check out local spots.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was decent, with a menu where you can order rather than a buffet, which I appreciated. But the executive lounge breakfast was a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
The valet service was efficient and friendly, which is handy in a busy downtown area. I found the amenities overall quality, but the executive lounge left a lot to be desired.

5.6/10

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Hilton Knoxville. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing downtown attractions, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the hotel felt dated, especially the room furnishings, which made my experience feel less enjoyable. Overall, while I appreciated certain aspects, I think an update would really elevate this place.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was super comfortable with fluffy linens. However, the décor felt quite outdated, and the bathrooms were cramped. I also had some issues getting extra towels for my family, which was a bit of a hassle.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be really nice and responsive. They were quick to help when I called for housekeeping, but there was one front desk employee who seemed a bit dismissive.
Location
9.0
The hotel's downtown location was fantastic. I could easily walk to Market Square and the revitalized central area, which made exploring Knoxville a breeze.
Dining
7.0
I tried dining at the restaurant and grabbed some breakfast, which was pretty good. The food came out quickly, and I enjoyed options available, though I felt the prices were on the higher side for what they offered.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a nice vibe with good amenities like room service and a rooftop pool, which was a cool spot to unwind. However, I noticed some areas that felt neglected and could use a refresh.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at Hilton Knoxville. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, especially with our pet. However, the room itself felt quite dated and could definitely use some upgrades, which was disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Rooms
6.0
I booked a Parlour room on the third floor, and while the size was decent and pet-friendly, it really needed updates. The air conditioning was loud and didn’t work properly, plus I had noisy neighbors that made it hard to sleep.
Service
8.0
The staff were fantastic—always responsive and attentive whenever I needed anything, from check-in to dining suggestions. They made my stay much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great location, super convenient for exploring downtown Knoxville and the convention center, which was an added bonus for my trip. I loved being close to plenty of restaurants and attractions.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant—the food was tasty, and it was nice having a Starbucks right in the hotel, although the lines got long during peak hours.
Facilities
7.0
The lobby area was nice, with plenty of seating and a cozy vibe, but some facilities inside the room could use maintenance, like a slow-draining sink and some wear and tear.

6.8/10

My stay at Hilton Knoxville was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, central to Market Square and local attractions. However, the room I was assigned was somewhat disappointing, as it fell short of my expectations for an Executive Floor King Studio. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs, but the outdated room amenities left something to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
I booked an Executive Floor King Studio but received a different room that didn't meet my expectations. While it was spacious and pet-friendly, the outdated decor and amenities, including a noisy air conditioning unit, detracted from my comfort.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally helpful and friendly, especially with my pet's needs, but I encountered issues when trying to use the vending machines. Unfortunately, my pleas for a solution were met with a lack of urgency or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
Location
8.0
The centralized location made it convenient to explore Market Square and the local nightlife, which I appreciated during my stay. It felt very accessible for visiting popular sites in Knoxville.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the dining options at the hotel, especially the room service, which was quick and had a nice selection of dishes. The on-site Starbucks was a great perk, making it easy to grab a coffee.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop pool was a highlight of the hotel, providing a unique space to relax. However, some amenities, like the vending machines, were not functioning properly during my stay, which was frustrating.

5.8/10

I had a decent stay at Hilton Knoxville, with some standout features and a few letdowns. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the location was fantastic for exploring downtown. However, the room left a bit to be desired, feeling just adequate rather than luxurious, especially given the higher price point.

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean, but quite small. I upgraded to the Executive level and expected more. The bathroom was tiny with low water pressure in the shower, which was disappointing for the extra cost.
Service
5.0
The staff were responsive and friendly, which really stood out. However, I did face issues with housekeeping. I left my room at 11 am and it wasn't serviced by the time I returned at 11 pm, prompting a wait for towels.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was a major plus, just a short walk to Market Square and the stadium. I loved being close to the local culture and nightlife, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
6.0
I appreciated having a Starbucks on-site, and the on-site restaurant offered good breakfast options, though I wished breakfast was complimentary. This made my mornings easier even if I had to pay for it.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were decent, with a well-maintained fitness center and nice lobby ambience. However, I found the exercise room too hot and muggy, which discouraged me from working out on my second day.
